The Red River Hall Dallas College Richland Campus project is moving along according to schedule, the $36 million building will be finished in November, according to project manager John Keene. Keene said the worst part about the construction job was the supply chain, adding that it was very difficult to keep up with parts for a construction of this sort.

Richland is growing. Next semester, the school plans to open Red River Hall, a brand-new building stocked full with fresh classrooms. “We just want to grow all of our programs and grow all of our disciplines,” said Janet James, executive assistant to President Kathryn Eggleston. The Red River building has a total cost of $36,537,817.
