Minh Nguyen Van Le: “I’m from Vietnam and I’ve only been here since the start of August. I’d say the main thing I struggle with is the feeling of homesickness and adapting. To adapt to the life here is so different from my home country.” Ashlyn Stafford: “I’m originally from Ethiopia and I’ve been here for a couple months now. It took me a while to get a hang of things, cause of culture shock, you know. Eventually I got the hang of things!”

For many international students who leave their home countries to pursue higher education abroad, the dream of attaining an international degree comes with its share of trials and triumphs.
