Spring break doesn’t have to end just because the break does. On the morning and afternoon hours of March 27, lakeside at Richland was the site of Spring Fest: a spring break themed party celebrating the end of winter and the start of spring. Food, music and games were provided to students and staff.
A mechanical bull was also featured free for those who wanted to test their inner rodeo potential. Numerous clubs including student government, running club and others took the opportunity to promote their organizations and recruit new members.
The festival went for four hours before closing shortly before 2 p.m.
