Women’s Soccer started Conference play at home Friday, Sept. 13th, losing 2-1 against Dallas College Cedar Valley campus.
The team faced off against Dallas College Eastfield campus on Tuesday, Sept. 17th. Freshmen Valeria Blanco scored the only goal of the game securing the win 1-0.
As the Chronicle went to press, The Thunderducks are set for a at 7:00 against Dallas College Mountain View campus on Tuesday, Sept. 24th.
Men’s Soccer beat Western Texas College on Monday, Sept 16th at home with Freshmen Giuseppe Costantino scoring the only of the game to win 1-0.
At press time, the team is set for a match at 6:00 p.m. against Dallas College Mountain View campus on Wednesday, Sept. 25th.
Volleyball had a shutout against Dallas Christian College on Monday, Sept. 9th with Kara Washington leading the team with 6 kills.
The team had a close match against Temple College on Thursday, Sept. 12th. The Thunderducks fought hard, winning the second set, but could not keep up, losing 3-1.
The Thunderducks came back for another shutout on Friday, Sept. 13th to play Southwestern Adventist College. The team was led by freshmen Aubree Burleson, and sophomores Jordan Connolly and Kinsington Jordon all with 5 kills each.
On Monday, Sept. 16th, the Thunderducks played Southwestern Christian College, winning 3-0.
The team was led by Sophomore Jersey Glass with 14 kills.
The team competed in a tri-meet at home against Arlington Baptist University and Henderson State on Wednesday, Sept. 18th. The Thunderducks shutout both teams 3-0 with Sophomore Jersey Glass leading the team with 11 kills in both games.
As the Chronicle went to press, the team is set for a match at 6:00 p.m. against Dallas College Eastfield campus for their second game of conference play.
