With scrimmage seasons complete, men’s and women’s Thunderduck sports teams kicked off regular season play starting with women’s soccer on Aug. 23 against Northeast Texas Community College at home. The Thunderducks held the lead the entire gaming winning 7-1.
The Thunderducks were back at home on Aug. 29th against Louisiana State – Eunice losing 5-0.
The TDuck women’s soccer squad is set to play Dallas College Cedar Valley Campus at home on Sept. 13 at 7 p.m.
The men’s soccer team was also in action on Aug. 23 against Northeast Texas Community College at home.
The Thunderducks took both halves, coming out victorious with a final score of 6-2.
Richland Campus men’s socceris scheduled to take on Western Texas College for the team’s next game on Sept. 16 at home at 6 p.m.
Volleyball was in action on Friday, Aug. 30 in the Guadalupe gymnasium against Temple College.
The TDuck women lost 3-2. The Team was on the road on Sept. 3, beating Arlington Baptist University 3-0.
Sophomore Aubree Burleson lead the team with 13 kills.
Volleyball has a rematch against Dallas Christian College on Monday, Sept. 9 at 7 p.m.
